The Palladian barchessa overlooks the large parterre and defines with its majestic colonnade the ideal perspective to contemplate the monumental park and the avenue of roses.

 

The original project included a twin that was supposed to complete the Palladian symmetry of the complex. Already in the construction phase, the progressive increase in costs caused by the instability of the land on which it was being built led to its elimination.

 

In the barn there are the wellness area and the gym with their respective changing rooms, the breakfast room, the large stube, the Petrof piano and four apartments.
